DO  YOUR  TAGS  FIT ON  DIFFERENT  BRAND  KENNELS?

Yes! Most sizes  typically  fit  on any crate  depending  on  the  size of the tag  you are  purchasing. For more information, visit our "customer photo" section of our website. Here you will be able to see photos of different tag sizes on different brands of kennels along with tag dimensions.

HOW DO YOUR TAGS ATTACH TO THE CRATES?

​There are a few different ways- We highly recommend using magnets or snap hooks (both available for purchase in the "hardware" section on our page). Securing them in these ways make it easy to remove tags when not in use. If you don't want to use those, we also provide complimentary zip ties to every order if you opt for holes but do not buy magnets or snap hooks.

WHY DOES PMD NOT RECOMMEND LEAVING TAGS IN HOT VEHICLES OR IN DIRECT/INDIRECT SUNLIGHT?

​Tags left in hot cars can become flimsy/weak and could potentially break. If left in direct/indirect sunlight, ink colors on tags can discolor or fade quite quickly.

I SEE A TAG ON YOUR WEBSITE OR INSTAGRAM THAT I REALLY LIKE, CAN YOU REMAKE IT FOR ME?

We can most certainly try! However, no two tags are ever alike. We can always use the same colors, but it will not look the same. There are a lot of factors that play into making a tag, therefore it is close to impossible to make a tag that looks almost identical or the same. I try to post the specs of each tag in the caption. If the specs are not available, send me a message and I can take my best guess at what colors were used in that tag.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER AND FORGOT TO ADD SOMETHING, CAN I PLACE ANOTHER ORDER AND NOT HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?

It depends, if you are purchasing multiple items in separate orders during one of my scheduled big drops, no. Only Patron's get the special perk of allowing refunded shipping on multiple orders placed during drops. 
If you placed an order outside of one of my  scheduled drops and forget to add hardware (ie. magnets or snaphooks), yes, I will certainly refund shipping for those. However, if you order multiple tags, refund amount will be given at my discretion as heavier packages = higher shipping rates. Refunds will be giving at the time of shipment typically.
In your second order, please be sure to include the order# for your first order and include a refund request note.

I FORGOT TO INCLUDE SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN MY TAG ORDER OR WANT TO CHANGING SOMETHING IN MY CUSTOM ORDER

Depending on what you forgot or want to change, PMD may cancel your order and ask that you place a new order with all the information. It makes it much easier when we start your order to have ALL info in the order and not have to scroll through back and forth messages. As unfortunately once an order is placed, there's not really an easy way for us to update your order with the changes. If you wish to leave your order as is, we will do our best to remember your changes, but there is no guarantee.
