Refund policy

 

Sorry, but we do not accept refunds on custom orders/items, including orders that you have selected the "surprise me" option for your tags. in the case you don't like what PMD has chosen to surprise you with.

Damage to any tag that may have occurred during transit must be reported immediately upon receipt.
