I am absolutely in love with our tags!
It’s absolutely eveything I wanted! She made sure to track me down before making anything while I was on vacation too. Great communication and amazing work!
I purchased a premade large tag with rounded edges and I'm extremely happy with it! Shop owner was very quick and prompt to send me a couple examples of font and even after picking one she offered to send a few other examples. I thought that was very thoughtful and going the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Tag was shipped very quickly and was packages with extreme care. Can't wait to attach it to my boy's travel rufflands Kennel. I would recommend this shop to anyone wanting something unique and one of a kind for their dog.
I brought the owner/artist a color combo that is listed on the site as possibly causing issues. Before I ever made my purchase she was more than happy to work with me to determine the best way to make it work and after I submitted the order she reached out again with a possible hiccup in my vision to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted.
